How is Preservé Breast Augmentation Performed?

Preservé allows for a smaller incision, typically around 2.5–3.0 cm. Using specialized instruments, a precise implant pocket is created through atraumatic balloon expansion. Your customized implant is then placed into the pocket using a no-touch technique.

Unlike conventional techniques that rely on surgical cutting and dissection, Preservé is designed to preserve the breast’s natural anatomy - including supportive ligaments, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels.
